Radian is working to create a redevelopment plan for a former office and manufacturing facility in Aurora. The new space will be an office hub for community serving uses. Potential tenants include office, social service organizations, medical and dental clinics, and musical tenant space. The facility will also include 15,000 to 30,000 sf of space for artists.
