We are so excited to announce part two of our reBUILD campaign: offering *FREE* office space for nonprofits from now through Dec. 31, 2022! This is in direct response to our 2020 Nonprofit Displacement Survey, where we found that Denver nonprofits are highly vulnerable to involuntary displacement due to rising real estate costs and COVID-related pressures, leaving the communities they serve at risk of not having access to critical services.

For this initiative, we are prioritizing BIPOC-led and -serving organizations, as well as energy and environmental justice nonprofits, who are committed to advancing social equity and elevating the voices of marginalized community members.

Our number one recommendation to the City of Denver was to subsidize nonprofit spaces through an equitable selection process; and we are grateful to our generous partners at the Denver Office of Nonprofit Engagement for funding this initiative and being thought leaders in fighting displacement.

There is a rolling deadline through the end of the year.
