Aleiya Evison

Aleiya is the Design Justice Project Manager at Radian, with a BA in Ethnic Studies from University of Oregon and a Masters in Design Studies from Harvard Graduate School of Design. Originally from Colorado, she is passionate about storytelling, design justice, and the radical imagination. Aleiya is committed to creating the conditions for equity and abundance through community engagement, and believes that design can be a tool for healing. Her work and research has primarily focused on climate and racial justice, and she loves to collaborate with youth and community partners. She has worked across disciplines, supporting folks in education, design, architecture, and local government on equitable design processes. 

In her free time, Aleiya loves to garden, explore theater and music throughout Denver, and spend time with her dog Mr. Rogers. She is also the proud Auntie of 7 amazing children.
