The Radian team partners with schools throughout the Denver Metro Area to provide design and technical assistance with space planning, architecture and design, cost estimating, and real estate support. As schools experience ebbs and flows in enrollment numbers, Radian has been helping them find new spaces, optimize their existing spaces, develop construction budgets, and support them with inclusive design strategies. Radian’s space planning process includes assessments of existing conditions, program analyses, and conceptual designs.
