Radian is proud to be partnering with Mercy Housing, the City and County of Denver and Mile High Early Learning for the mixed-use development of 8315 E. Colfax Avenue.

The development will combine affordable apartments with an affordable quality childcare space to offer a community-inspired and family-focused property. The site is uniquely positioned to positively influence future development along the commercial East Colfax Corridor and help stem displacement in the neighborhood.

Radian is leading the community engagement for this project. Our team has been deeply involved with the East Colfax neighborhood in the past and is currently involved with several neighborhood-level initiatives. Through community advocacy, architecture, and urban planning, Radian integrates community priorities into local development to increase opportunities and lessen the barrier for residents to access healthy food, high quality education, attainable housing, and other community benefits.
