Hadley joins Radian as a Project Manager focused on urban planning and design projects that engage communities around actionable goals for their social and built environments. With over five years of international and local experience, Hadley develops innovative and impactful solutions for our urban public spaces. Integrating thoughtful advocacy and outreach into every project, her experience ranges from developing form-based code to comprehensive planning to streetscape design to park planning.
An animated people connector and storyteller, Hadley is focused on creating sustainable places for future generations to thrive while elevating and leveraging the voices of community members who are often left out of the conversation. Hadley currently serves on the board of the Arts District on Santa Fe and the Colorado Chapter of the American Planning Association. Hadley holds her Master’s in Urban Planning from Florida State University, and Bachelor’s in International Studies and Spanish Linguistics from the University of Mississippi.
