ADVOCATE

We use innovative design strategies to elevate and respond to the voices of underserved communities. We co-create programs, tools and policy recommendations to mitigate involuntary displacement through the built environment to ensure socially equitable growth.

DESIGN

We work to identify gaps in services that can be solved through architecture & design. We conduct needs assessments with community leaders, members and organizations in order to develop a community-based design process to determine creative planning solutions.

BUILD

We increase affordable opportunities for people of all backgrounds. We are streamlining the development process by: identifying land opportunities, solidifying partnerships, leveraging non-traditional capital, and scaling community benefit throughout the state.
