Dear Radian partners and friends,

It is with great pleasure that the Radian Board of Directors announces Dee Dee DeVuyst as Radian’s new Acting Executive Director. With more than 10 years of management experience in the nonprofit, private, and government sectors, Dee Dee has led the Equitable Development Studio at Radian since May 2018. She has consistently demonstrated a commitment to Radian’s mission by advocating for community representation, equitable development, and policy change.

We’d like to thank Tim Reinen for his leadership at Radian over the past five years. He helped Radian expand and broaden the positive impact on the many communities we serve. We wish him much success in his future endeavors.

We are confident Dee Dee will provide strong leadership during this time of transition. With Master’s degrees in Architecture and Environmental Engineering, she has spent her career leveraging design and community advocacy in the pursuit of equitable outcomes.

While leading the Equitable Development Studio at Radian, Dee Dee spearheaded community-centered initiatives and managed projects that elevate and respond to the voice of under-represented communities in Denver. She developed and implemented multilateral initiatives within the equitable development sector that include equitable development plans, equity toolkits, and equitable policy advocacy. She finds joy in designing tools that build radical empathy, increase representation, and support design justice.

Dee Dee also currently serves as a Commissioner with the Denver Commission of Strategic Partnerships, an All In Denver board member, and a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (RPCV). Outside of Radian, Dee Dee is an avid globetrotter, a gardening enthusiast, and a bike commuter.

Dee Dee views this transition as the perfect moment to reflect and make mindful decisions about how Radian can best collaborate with our partners and serve our local communities moving forward. We are committed to advancing social equity by redefining the way places are designed and built, and we look forward to collaborating with you!
