Noelia is a Design Justice Project Manager at Radian with over a decade of experience working across the nonprofit, government, consulting, and private sectors. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology with a focus in Environmental Science, where her interest in the connections between science, environment, and community well-being first took root. This foundation led her to pursue work that bridges technical knowledge with community-driven research and engagement.
Noelia’s career has centered around advancing equity and justice by designing inclusive processes and fostering cross-sector collaboration. Her work spans strategic planning, multilingual outreach, and deep community engagement efforts that uplift lived experience and local knowledge. With a strong background in facilitation and project management, Noelia creates systems that bring clarity to complex work, cultivate trust, and support meaningful partnerships.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Noelia now lives in Denver. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, knitting, spending time with her cat Maelo, and creating space for rest and joy.
